Grab the tissues because this one is a real tearjerker.
Filmmaker Terry Rayment and cinematographer Kate Arizmendi have teamed up with Kodak to present Understanding, a emotional three-minute film that tells the story of a gay teenager and his father, who struggles to accept his son’s sexuality. The film, which is shot on 35 mm, features very little dialogue but still manages to pack a serious emotional punch. And, yes, it has a happy ending.
