A woman may be with you without being fully with you.
You may still have her attention without having her interest.
You may hear her voice beside you, yet her heart is far off.
Why?
Because women are particularly very good at backing out without you ever hearing the sound of their feet.
Sometimes, you can feel it before you can explain it.
No… Nothing has officially ended.
- She hasn’t told you she’s no longer interested in the relationship.
- She still laughs with you.
- She probably still cares about you
- Still reply to your messages or pick your calls.
…
Yet, something has changed.
The woman that once seemed to deeply care about you now feels distant, even though she’s beside you.
The truth is when women change they don’t always announce it.
There’s most likely no argument. No dramatic goodbye. No subtle message saying, “I don’t think this is going anywhere.”
Instead it starts reflecting in their attitude or behaviour in little ways. This is why a change of heart is so difficult to notice.
Although she’s very much around and you still have access to her, you’ve lost the connection you once had.
Here are three signs a woman may have already changed her mind about you.
1. She Stops Trying to Be Understood
When your opinion matters to a woman, she wants you to understand her.
If you misunderstand something, she simply explains. If she seems distant, she may tell you why.
But when her interest starts fading, she may stop making that effort to explain things to you.
You ask what’s wrong.
“Nothing.”
You try to understand.
“I’m fine.”
It’s not necessarily anger.
It’s just that she has shut you out. Because she doesn’t care if you understand or misunderstand her anymore.
2. Her Curiosity About You Disappears
The truth is interest always creates curiosity.
When a woman is genuinely interested in you, she wants to know who you are. She wants to know your opinion, your experience, your plans, your goals, your purpose.
Even every little things matter to her.
But when curiosity suddenly disappears, you can feel the difference.
You tell her something interesting, she simply says… “That is nice”. Without proving further or adding any other comments.
You ask her a question, she simply answers. But she doesn’t ask you anything back.
Suddenly, before you know what’s happening, the conversation starts going lifeless.
Suddenly, you’re no longer having a conversation. And you suddenly become the only one carrying the conversations and the connection.
And that’s often when a man should start paying attention to what a woman is doing and start paying attention to what she stops doing.
3. She Stops Creating Opportunities to Get Closer
The truth is everyone can be busy.
But when a woman is fully interested in you, she can be busy and still create time for you, because she cares.
And because interested people always keep the door open.
If she can’t meet on Friday, she may suggest another day. If she’s busy tonight, she may reach out tomorrow.
But when a woman is emotionally checking out, everything becomes vague. She pretends to be busier than she’s truly is. She says…
“Maybe.”
“I’ll let you know.”
“Let’s wait and see.”
And somehow you’re always the one trying to make the next thing happen. She doesn’t take the initiative.
When this happens it simply means she has stopped moving toward you.
And when this happens, chasing harder usually doesn’t give you the answer.
Stepping back does.
Closing Thoughts
This Perhaps the most unsettling thing about losing someone isn’t the moment they actually leave.
Usually, it is realizing they may have checked out emotionally long before you ever noticed.
A woman may still pick your call. She may still laugh at your joke. She may still be on the same bed beside you, yet somewhere inside, a decision may already have been made.
That is why sometimes you shouldn’t just listen to what a woman tells you. Instead, you should listen to what her action is telling you. Listen to what her heart has stopped doing.
Because women can hide their intentions with words, but their partner no always tell you the truth.
