Entrepreneurship is hot right now.
Everyone thinks they want to be one.
Although true entrepreneurship isn’t for everyone, everyone has the right to try their hand at it.
There are a ton of great resources out there about how to start a business. This piece isn’t about the practical, tactical aspect of starting a business. Instead, I want to share a quick note about a place you can start mentally.
Where to start, mentally.
I want to keep this pretty simple.
Here’s where to start, mentally: Always take deliberate action.
This is a simple concept to understand, and it’s actually fairly easy to practice too.
When you have a mindset of taking deliberate action, everything becomes more intentional. When everything is more intentional, then it’s easier for you to own. When decisions and results are easier for you to own, then they’re easier for you to control. When things are easier to control, then it’s easier for you to react to things quicker than your competition.
When you can react quicker than everyone else, you win.
And it all starts with deliberate action.
