“You have been criticizing yourself for years, and it hasn’t worked. Try approving of yourself and see what happens.” — Louise Hay
Let me tell you this; It’s normal to feel like you’re not good enough when you spend time with people who make you feel miserable. When you’re in a company of insecure people, you will also become insecure.
It doesn’t matter if you try your best. It will never be good enough for some people. You can’t please everyone because some people will always find a way to pick on your flaws.
The best thing you can do is never make anyone feel like you’re unworthy of anything. You’re the only one who can make you feel worthy of everything you deserve.
Working on your self-worth is a lifelong journey.
When you were a child, you were more sensitive to people’s opinions of you. Parents should be cautious of speaking to their children because their words shape them.
It’s normal to feel rejected when you aren’t being seen or heard by those you care about. You may not see any purpose in your life. You feel confused about who you are, and every day is a Groundhog Day for you.
No one should be raised in a home being taught they are not good enough. It’s the worst thing you can do to a child. You will grow up feeling like you’re unworthy of love.
Being hurt as a child can mess you up unless you decide to break the habit into feeling loved and healing yourself.
You are supposed to lift your child’s spirit, not break your child’s spirit down.
One day you will stop caring about what other people think of you if you continue to receive hate.
One day you will tell yourself, “Enough is enough. I deserve to be happy.”

Some Quick Reminders To Yourself.
- Stop caring what other people think of you and start caring about how you feel about yourself. It can set you free from pain and suffering.
- To have self-worth, you will need to set boundaries for yourself. You will feel worthy when you spend time with those who remind you that you are good enough the way you are.
- Your behavior, feelings, emotions, and thoughts are a projection of how you feel about yourself and how people have influenced you in your life. Being unique makes you a rare diamond.
- Working on your self-worth is a lifelong process in your life. It doesn’t happen overnight. For a few, it does; for others, it takes time. It’s important to ignore the time and focus on your process instead.
- It’s good to start the journey as early as you can in life, and it’s never too late to work on your self-worth. Feeling worthy means you embrace who you are, and you’re comfortable being in the situation you’re in now.
For the manifestation part, you need to have a strict mental diet. It means you refuse to let any negative thoughts into your mind, such as negative self-talk. You refuse to give any energy to it and let it disappear itself.
If you caught yourself saying, “I’m not good enough.” revise it into a positive one, “No, that is not true, I am good enough. I am special and beautiful.”
Affirm to yourself every day, “I am loved. I am good enough.”
Self-love is a good thing to have, but it’s essential to change the concept of yourself. See yourself as someone special and unique who has good energy and makes people feel good about themselves.
Accept yourself the way you are; the more you love yourself, the more you will become a seed that grows into a beautiful flower.
People can sense the way you love yourself.
You deserve to know the truth. Ask yourself this, “Why do I feel unworthy?” Write it down or think about it as it helps to understand yourself better.

Important Reminders When You’re Feeling Down Lately.
- Be mindful of how you talk to yourself daily. Become fully aware of how you talk to yourself mentally. Pause for a moment and let the thoughts disappear from themselves as you refuse to give energy to the negativity.
- Be kinder to yourself, start giving yourself positive self-talk daily. The more you do this daily, the more your self-worth improves, and the more you will feel better about yourself.
- It’s okay if you don’t believe in it at first but remember words have power whether you believe in them or not. The more you speak kind words to yourself, the more it becomes a permanent habit.
- Change the story about yourself, change your perception of yourself. You have to go from insulting yourself daily to complimenting yourself daily. No one will see your worth before you see your worth. You have to seek it first.
Ignore people’s opinions of you and never take people’s opinion of you as the truth. It would be best if you never took it personally from insecure people.
Forgive those who hurt you in the past and never take it personally. Have love and compassion for them. It helps you release the anger inside you to find peace again. Hold on to those who wants to become a better friend to you.
