I believe you, and will not tolerate the behavior or the attitudes that fuel it. “Boys will be boys” is pathetic. Boys should become men, and whole men respect boundaries, nurture and protect, and ultimately empower.
I could say “me too” and it would be true in a technical sense, but I’ve never felt my safety or self at risk so it doesn’t hold a candle to what most women I know have lived with and lived through. Zero tolerance, no innocent bystanders.
