
Silence the mind to reduce stress, mental tension, and emotional agitation. Silence to restore and filter the mind, feeling lighter. Silence the mind for better concentration, sleep, and to promote health for body, mind, and emotions. Silence the mind to fully live in the present moment.
Relax and silence, without rules, just with surrender. Surrender to yourself. Commit to finding yourself for a few minutes each day. Feel your body. Feel your breath. Feel your inner self. Be just an observer of yourself. Silence. Far beyond external noises, silence the mind. Don’t put energy into the thoughts that come; just focus on the here and now.
Silence is a path to self-knowledge, you looking at yourself, focused on the present moment. While washing the dishes, observing nature, waiting for the traffic light to change, lying down, sitting, walking, or during a reiki session, what matters is being there, in that moment.
Besides a formal meditation practice, you can also take precious small pauses throughout the day. Before sleeping, upon waking, during your daily activities, remember to silence. When you silence for a few minutes each day, it benefits everyone around you because you will be a better person for yourself and for others. With practice, you notice better impulse control, greater self-control for responses and behaviors, more calmness, and a greater ability to choose between acting or reacting.
In difficult situations, silence. Take a pause to strengthen and rejuvenate. When in doubt or facing questions, silence. With internal agitation, we cannot hear our essence. The most efficient solution is to silence. In calmness, we find answers. By silencing, you will hear the most sincere answers from your being. Find yourself and clearly see who you truly are and how things really are.
To simplify and calm down, you need to silence. A few minutes of silence balance us. Silence brings a feeling of gratitude for connecting with our essence and the present moment. Stop, breathe, and listen to our silence. Silence to give voice to our inner self.
