Bryan’s Take:
Tony Lillios is one of those rare humans that you meet who leaves you feeling speechless — for all the right reasons.
When I first heard him speak at Entrepreneurs Organization, at the Alchemy event in Seattle, it was truly mind blowing to hear his story. He discussed coming out as a gay man, discovering his identity, and learning to belong to himself — and the pain it took to get comfortable in his own skin.
On the One Away Show, one of the things we dove into detail about is how he became a father of two, the way he parents his kids, and the support he gets to make it possible. Tony has done it all in his own way — defying the odds with remarkable outcomes in both business and his personal life. He also has a deeply adventurous spirit and is an absolute class act.
About Tony:
Tony Lillios is a Personal and Professional coach who works with individuals and small teams to move past barriers and unlock more possibilities. He is a father, Ironman athlete, marathon swimmer, and entrepreneur, and Founder of Speck Products. As a coach, Tony is at his best when working with clients that have come up short when they’ve tried to address failures. Tony brings with him his own unfolding developmental experience, and uses it to help craft and support his clients’ personal integrated transformational path. It is clear that one of the things that makes Tony an exceptional coach is that he has already done for himself the same work he is guiding his clients through.
In his mid-20s, Tony had a personal realization that helped him understand himself deeper and find his true identity. Hear Tony’s journey today on the One Away Show.
