By Yachi Bonilla (POPS BAL)
It’s nice that you are still alive
I’ve always wanted to talk to you since by now you should’ve been dead
As I notice you cry
Who knew hope could turn into hell
Wondering if the pain is still there
Wondering how I can stop feeling or wonder why I’m alive?
I have nothing to fear, but I could pick up a knife
Cut myself
Let my blood fall
Thank you for not killing me
I should introduce myself to my new life
How does it feel going to hell?
The visit was good
Would you rather be there since you’re already dead?
How can I stop the people from crying
Or caring for you?
People have feelings
So try to live
When do you learn not to care
And feel pain-free?
So many questions that can’t be answered
Taking it step by step
Not being addicted to seeing
My blood flow through the ground
How can you say this to people without looking stupid or crazy?
Sadly that’s how they’re going to see you
But here I am, again alive
