‘The Sound of Music’ is being released on 4K Ultra HD
I enjoy a good musical sometimes. When done right they can take viewers of all ages on a truly magical journey. I will admit I have never seen The Sound of Music, but I have heard it is good. Now it looks like this musical is coming soon on 4K Ultra HD and here is my thoughts on this.
You can read the plot for The Sound of Music here:
In this true-life story, Julie Andrews lights up the screen as Maria, a spirited young woman who leaves the convent and becomes a governess to the seven unruly children of Captain von Trapp (Christopher Plummer). Her warmth, charm and songs soon win the hearts of the children and their father. But when the threat of war rises, Maria is forced to attempt a daring escape with her new family.
It is nice to hear this movie is coming out in this format. The 60th anniversary is almost here, and this seems like a great way to celebrate it. A lot of work has been put in to release this film on 4K Ultra HD, and fans of this story will want to pick this one up.
The Sound of Music is being released on 4K Ultra HD later this year. You can follow this film on Facebook and Instagram.
