The next chapter gets told in ‘Arthur’s Magical Kingdom’
Since I have been a kid, I have been a Disney fan. I have watched the movies and TV shows and enjoyed almost all of them. In my adult years, I am still a pretty big Disney fan and have been lucky to read a fair amount of graphic novels letely. When I first heard about Arthur’s Magical Kingdom I couldn’t wait to read it. I was able to get a digital copy of this graphic novel and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for this graphic novel here:
This epic journey follows young Arthur, now the rightful ruler of Camelot, as he embarks on a transformative journey guided by the whimsical and wise sorcerer, Merlin. When the powerful and malicious sorceress, Madam Mim, comes back from the great beyond, she brings not only a heart of revenge but new and powerful allies. In this tale, Arthur must grapple with the challenges of ruling a kingdom, while an evil spell threatens to rewrite history and destroy Camelot as we know it. Through Merlin’s guidance, Arthur learns that magic cannot solve all of life’s problems and is reminded of why he was chosen by the sword in the first place.
I had a great time reading this graphic novel. The story begins with Arthur having some difficulties ruling the kingdom, but hope returns when Merlin appears. He teaches Arthur a few new lessons, ones he hopes will make him a better ruler. When Madam Mim comes back with a new ally, for a moment all hope appears to be lost. Yet thanks to the lessons he was taught, Arthur has the tools he needs to save the kingdom. Once this adventure draws to a close, life in this kingdom will be changed forever. Fans of The Sword in the Stone will definitely want to check this graphic novel out.
The Sword in the Stone: Arthur’s Magical Kingdom is available now. You can order this graphic novel on Amazon, at Barnes and Noble and on Bookshop.
