Jack Reacher Never Go Back continues the adventures of this character but delivers a boring, cookie cutter action movie
I like Tom Cruise. When he gets the right role he always finds a way to shine. He was hilarious in Tropic Thunder, a great comedy that became a huge hit. Even when he takes risks he can do great like in Edge of Tomorrow. This film was an amazing non stop thrill ride right to the end. Now he is in a new film called Jack Reacher Never Go Back. I was able to see it earlier this week and here is what I thought of it.

I wanted to like Jack Reacher Never Go Back, but I just couldn’t. For starters this film was really boring. The plot wasn’t always that clear either. This made the film hard for me to follow and caused some confusion too. The worst thing though were the action scenes. They were extreme, ridiculous and many times completely unrealistic. Jack Reacher Never Go Back gets 3/10. It was one of the worst Tom Cruise movies I have ever seen. There was nothing exciting or thrilling about this film. It was also painfully predictable. It was clear too many times what was going to happen next which hurt this film a ton. Some people may enjoy this sequel but it won’t be for everyone.
