Samus is back in this ‘Metroid Dread’ Trailer
I have played most of the Metroid games. They were a lot of fun and at times quite challenging. Metroid Fusion was a different game but I had a blast playing it. At E3 2021 a new game was announced called Metroid Dread. I was able to watch the trailer for this game and here is what I thought of it.

Samus’ story continues after the events of the Metroid™ Fusion game when she descends upon planet ZDR to investigate a mysterious transmission sent to the Galactic Federation. The remote planet has become overrun by vicious alien lifeforms and chilling mechanical menaces. Samus is more agile and capable than ever, but can she overcome the inhuman threat stalking the depths of ZDR?

This trailer does a wonderful job getting fans pumped for this game. Right away we see Samus face a new threat, and their weapons are useless in taking it down. Then we see them traverse some of the terrain of this planet and using new abilities to survive these deadly foes. Along the way we see a few familiar abilities return with new twists added to them. As this trailer comes to an end it looks like this will be a tough mission for this bounty hunter.
