‘Alien Covenant’ Does a great job expanding on this well known saga
I have seen all of the Alien movies. Some of them have been really good, while others have been pretty awful. A number of years Prometheus came out, and I didn’t really like it much. When I heard of Alien Covenant, it looked good but I had my doubts. Yet I decided to check it out anyway. Here is what I thought of the newest chapter in this story.
You can read the plot for Alien Covenant here:
Bound for a remote planet on the far side of the galaxy, members (Katherine Waterston, Billy Crudup) of the colony ship Covenant discover what they think to be an uncharted paradise. While there, they meet David (Michael Fassbender), the synthetic survivor of the doomed Prometheus expedition. The mysterious world soon turns dark and dangerous when a hostile alien life-form forces the crew into a deadly fight for survival.
Alien Covenant is a pretty good movie. It has a strong cast, a good story to tell and a ton of special effects and gory action. This film expanded on the last one in a way that was fresh and exciting to watch unfold. There are a few surprises along the way, and an ending that fits this series like a glove. It wad definitely better than I expected it to be. If you want to learn more about Alien Covenant click on this website.
Alien Covenant gets 7.5/10. Although it is not the best Ridley Scott film I have seen lately, it was still pretty good. It got a little predictable towards the end, yet this didn’t hurt the film in my eyes. The ending was dark and brooding, which is a good way to bring this tale to a close. It won’t be a film for everybody, but fans of the previous movies won’t want to miss this one.
Alien Covenant comes out this Friday. You can follow this movie on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram.
