Some shocking things occur in ‘The Handoff’
Last time on Fallout, Lucy woke up in a weird looking place. She wasn’t exactly thrilled to be there, nor was she happy to see her father again. What he was doing there surprised her, and she wanted to bring him in for the terrible things he has done. While this was going on, the Ghoul was not doing that great and things went from bad to worse quickly. For a moment things might be looking up, but this changes when they reject joining up with someone. As this episode came to a close, two people follow a dog to someone neither of them are happy to see. Now we see a challenging alliance begin in ‘The Handoff’. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is my thoughts on it.
You can read the plot for season 2 of this show here:
Season 2 follows Lucy and The Ghoul as they hunt her father, Hank, into the iconic Mojave Wasteland and the ruins of New Vegas, exploring deeper lore, Vault-Tec’s history, and iconic game elements like Deathclaws, Mr. House, and factions such as the NCR and Caesar’s Legion, while Maximus and the Brotherhood of Steel deal with internal conflict.
We see two people beginning an alliance with someone, and it has a rocky start. Neither of them truly trust each other, yet that changes when they realize for the moment their goals are aligned. They head back to New Vegas, but before they do that they need to get some things. While this is going on, Lucy has a few talks with her father and some of them are actually kind of nice. In the past, we see Cooper Howard made a big decision and they hope it is the right one. As this episode comes to a close, Lucy makes a shocking discovery and it truly takes her breath away.
