Boimler is seeing someone new in ‘Cupid’s Errant Arrow’
Last time on Star Trek: Lower Decks, Mariner got a promotion. She wasn’t that excited about it, nor all the responsibilities that came with it. The captain did this for a specific reason, but things didn’t go as planned. Boimler was beyond jealous about it, and a little envious at the same time. After a ship wide crisis got averted, things went pretty much back to normal. Now Boimler has a new girlfriend in ‘Cupid’s Errant Arrow’. I was able to watch a screener of this episode and here is what I thought of it.

Mariner is suspicious of Boimler’s new girlfriend. Tendi and Rutherford grow jealous of a bigger starship’s gear.
Boimler has a new girlfriend in ‘Cupid’s Errant Arrow’ and Mariner is instantly suspicious about them. She goes to great lengths to find out whatever secrets this woman may be hiding from him. Meanwhile Tendi and Rutherford get to work on a newer ship, and are amazed by all its new tech. When a dream job comes their way though they wonder if they should take it or not. As this episode comes to a close, Mariner discovers a shocking truth about Boimler’s relationship and things pretty much go back to normal after that.
