‘Inconceivable’ Has a good cast, but is still an bad movie
I get to see my share of thrillers every year. Some are quite good, but others not so much. When I heard of Inconceivable, I was intrigued. It has a good cast and sounded like it would tell a good story. I was able to get a review copy and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for Inconceivable here:
A family befriends a struggling single mother and invites her into their home to be their nanny, and –eventually – their surrogate mother. But soon, strange behavior begins to surface and they realize that things are not what they seem, and that the woman they’ve entrusted their lives to may have other intentions.
I was thoroughly disappointed with Inconceivable. The films starts off quite slow, and takes a while to get moving. Once it does, the plot quickly becomes predictable. The villain is just crazy, yet I wasn’t once able to feel any pity for her. The ending was alright, but again kind of predictable. Sadly, this is not a film I would recommend to anyone.
Inconceivable arrives on Blu-Ray, DVD and Digital HD tomorrow.
