A great story gets told in this graphic novel
It is always fun for me to read graphic novels. No two are alike and they have taken me on some exciting journeys. When I first heard about Aquamanateam: More Than a Dream I thought it might be a fun graphic novel to read. I was able to get a digital copy of this graphic novel and here are my thoughts on it.
You can read the plot for this graphic novel here:
Marlow the manatee still sleeps a lot, eats a lot, and toots a lot, but now he’s super-powered! That’s right, his super-smelly toots have even saved the day! Ever since venturing out of his safe saltwater bay with his bestie, Goldie the goldfish, and his favorite superhero Aquaman, Marlow the manatee has had to put his new powers to the test. But when Aquaman’s former sidekicks return and are out for revenge, Marlow and Goldie will be faced with a challenge even super toots might not be able solve.
I had a great time reading this graphic novel. There was action, drama, suspense, a few surprises and a couple good lessons were learned. Along the way a sidekick defeated some powerful foes and helped them discover things about themselves they had forgotten. Once this adventure drew to a close life for this sidekick will never be the same.
Aquamanateam: More Than a Dream is out now. You can order this graphic novel at Barnes and Noble and on Bookshop.
