A small robot lands on a planet in ‘A Mathematically Perfect Redemption’
Last time on Star Trek: Lower Decks, some of the Lower Decks crew decided to visit Deep Space Nine. While this was going on Mariner was going to meet the friends of a person she was seeing. Naturally Mariner was a tad nervous and wanted them to like her. When Tendi bumped into an Orion on the station she wasn’t thrilled to see them. Yet when something bad happened on the station Tendi showed a side of herself she wasn’t proud of to get them out of it. As this episode came to a close it looked like things on the station could finally go back to normal. Now we see a small robot crash on a planet in ‘A Mathematically Perfect Redemption’. I was able to watch this episode and here is my thoughts on it.

We see a small robot make a selfish decision at the start of this episode. They don’t appear to feel bad about it, and then things take a bad turn for them. One day they crash onto a primitive planet and they don’t seem thrilled to be there. Yet this robot might be exactly what this civilization needs. For a while things seem to be going great for this robot and they learn a few life lessons along the way. As this episode comes to a close though we find out a shocking truth about them.
