I spent years trying to understand why people stay stuck. The search took me through depth psychology and eventually across 80+ cultures on six continents. Not as a tourist. As a student.

What I found: the same struggles show up everywhere. Different languages, different traditions, same underlying forces. What holds people back in Silicon Valley holds them back in Fez, in Kyoto, in Dresden. We're more alike than we think.

My stories are often inspired by the places I visit and the people I meet along my journeys. Now I'm building practical tools for mental fitness and writing about what I'm learning along the way. Resilience. Relationships. The patterns underneath.
