Matthew Emerzian is founder and CEO of Every Monday Matters (EMM), https://everymondaymatters.org/ a not-for-profit organization committed to helping people and organizations understand how much and why they matter. Inspired by his books by the same name, EMM’s Employee Engagement program has been utilized by more than 60,000 employees from America’s largest corporations and the EMM K-12 social & emotional learning curriculum has reached 1.5 million students globally. In February 2020, Matthew’s third book will be released, You Matter: Learning to Love Who You Really Are, focused on sustained personal and social change that happens by connecting and serving others.
