Other metered life-line domestic consumers, with a contracted load of 1 kW and energy consumption of up to 100 units per month paid a fixed charge of Rs. 50 per kilo-watt per month and energy charge of Rs. 3 per unit for up to 100 units.

All other metered domestic consumers (for different types of loads) had to pay a fixed charge of Rs. 110 per kilo-watt per month and energy charge between Rs. 5.50 and Rs. 6.50 per unit. The different slab tariff rates are as follows:

• From 101-150 units per month: Rs. 5.50 per unit
