I’m a mom of one child and am a military spouse. I’m also a mentor, educator, and entrepreneur. I am currently the owner of Mygani LLC, a marketing firm that helps entrepreneurs create a professional presence by aligning their personal brand with their company’s brand.
I am also the founder of, Mentoring Mamas™, a mentoring program for mom-owned businesses. I started the program out of a need I saw for moms to still be in a position to grow their businesses with the support of other like-minded individuals, while still raising their families. The moms encourage and empower each other as mompreneurs and also as individuals. I enjoy creative DIY projects and crossword puzzles.

What I do well as a mom.
I emphasize the importance of education and teaching my daughter to be respectful and embrace her creativity. As a mompreneur, I instill in her the value of hard work, while constantly reminding her to believe in herself and to never give up on her dreams.
What I learned from another mom.
To focus on my goals and not become distracted by what others are doing. I’ve also learned we all have different talents, goals, and purposes in life.
Lesson learned from my child.
My daughter taught me to be fearless and to try new things even when I’m afraid. As an entrepreneur, in order to be successful, one needs to take risks and step out of one’s comfort zone. My entrepreneurial journey has been scary at times, but I feel I need to at least try.
Successful motherhood moment.
My daughter saw me counting change in my purse one day and asked what I was doing. I explained to her that I was asked by a friend to donate all the change in my purse to a charity for kids in need. Not all children have parents like your daddy and me. Some kids need extra help. She ran to her room and came back with her piggy bank. We sat down and filled three jars to donate to the charity.
Mom I admire.
My grandmother. She was always like a second mom to me. She shared many stories with me about her life when she was my age. She shared both good and bad times, and always made me feel like my opinion mattered. She was very a loving and supportive figure my life.
