Dave Valentine: Lead Your Business With Humanity

In this episode of Championship Leadership, we had the privilege to interview Dave Valentine, a CEO, Speaker, Business Coach and Strategist. Dave grew up in a military family that required him to travel around the country and gained experiences that made him adept at handling situations and resilient. At a young age, he already had the entrepreneurial drive that gave rise to his passion for commerce, and he created his first grown business at age 25. From then, he pushed himself to make it work and would often miss spending time with his growing family and become negligent of his health. His life realization came when his doctor told him to slow down due to a heart condition brought by stress. Soon he decided to sell his business and build a new company that does not need much of his time.

Years later, Dave now owns different agencies that offer diverse services and is on the way to changing the world and making it a better place to live.
