It’s a profound and fragile subject, however, one that I see in many individuals in my day-to-day existence. Things don’t move in your life when you are shut down as a human. Progress comes to a screeching halt when we shut down emotionally.
We all yearn to nurture empathy, gratitude, compassion, and joy in every moment of our existence. Dive deep within yourself and truly experience your being.
Our brain deceives us to a certain extent. Our minds can play tricks on us, weaving a web of limiting beliefs, negative thoughts, anxiety, and guilt. But here’s the good news: it’s all fixable.
The key is to treat ourselves as complete beings, striving for a psycho-spiritual balance, a harmonious connection between mind, body, and soul. This equilibrium allows energy to flow freely.
When too much stress accumulates in our upper body, it can make us feel overwhelmed, angry, and perpetually exhausted. The solution? Opening up.
The source of our troubles—be it depression, anxiety, a lack of purpose, or anything else—is not external; it resides within us.
So, let’s hit pause and ask some revealing questions:
- How do I define myself right now?
- Where am I headed? Is this the right direction for me?
- Who’s in my inner circle? Do I genuinely like the people in my life? Are they supporting or hindering me?
- How do I believe I can help myself gain more motivation, peace, and balance?
- What does my soul truly need?
- How can I open myself up more to life? (Consider reflection, therapy, a spiritual journey, helping and understanding others, giving authentically, slowing down the hustle of life, and appreciating your surroundings for a few moments.)
Perhaps you’re yearning for a profound transformation or rediscovery of yourself, which is wonderful. The critical part is being honest with yourself and your feelings.
Repeat after me: “I grant myself permission to open up, to trust, to understand, to empathize, to love… I allow myself to evolve, to get closer to my true self, to my authentic essence!
I give myself permission… Feel your heart opening, and watch as all the tensions begin to dissolve until you sense the vibration of love. Practice this daily.
Remember, melting an iceberg takes time, but by practicing daily, you can break down the walls around your heart. I believe in you!”
