A wild story gets told in ‘Down Set Fight’
I enjoy reading graphic novels. No two are alike and they have taken me on some action packed adventures. When I found out about Down Set Fight 10th anniversary edition I admit I knew little about it. I was able to get a digital copy of this graphic novel and here is what I thought of it.
You can read the plot for Down Set Fight here:
“Fearless” Chuck Fairlane was football’s fastest rising star, but his career came to a screeching halt when he was expelled from the league after goin’ HAM and causing the biggest brawl in the history of sports. Years later, Chuck has found peace as a high school football coach, until costumed mascots begin attacking him for seemingly no reason. Before long, Chuck’s going to discover that you can’t run away from the past—but you CAN punch it square in the face!
This was a really fun graphic novel to read. It was broken into sections, and really helped move the story along. The illustrations were stunning and really brought this story to life. Something strange was going on and figuring it all out wasn’t going to be easy. As this graphic novel came to a close life for two people was going to be changed forever.
Down Set Fight 10th anniversary edition is available now. You can order this graphic novel on Amazon, at Barnes and Noble and on Bookshop.
