A simple reminder of what it is you want, just for you.

What do you do to know you’re ok?
There is a Duty of Care by law, that we each have a social contract, a responsibility towards others within society.
We shouldn’t walk by a person we are fit to safely help. But we too easily walk by our self, our goals and dreams, as the days become years or decades.
If you aren’t careful life has this knack of picking you up and running. It can run so fast that all of a sudden what was put to the side for a moment is only remembered years later as something triggers a memory of a burning desire you once had, something that was just for you, and you wonder how you forgot so easily.
Then you wonder how to get back to it, all to quickly it becomes dismissed, you feel you haven’t got time for it, asking yourself how am I going to get back to that now? You have been running along with everyday life for so long you don’t know how to slow back to a time where you considered your dreams, what they were, what a goal was—just for you.
But it is your duty of care to yourself. You only get one chance at this and having done so myself, I can say there is always time to give it a go, however big or small. And mainly so, as I don’t know anyone who wouldn’t rather say how they gave it a go, even if it didn’t work out, they know they tried, over someone who always wonders.
