Four Years With the 46th President – by Don Mathis
Joe Biden’s term as Chief Executive is almost finished.
It is time to take a look at what he accomplished.
He passed a trillion-dollar package for transportation
and helped millions of people get a COVID vaccination.
Biden enhanced background checks to purchase guns
and provided college debt relief for many Americans.
His Inflation Reduction Act did several things:
It invested billions to reduce climate change.
The Act capped seniors’ drug prices at $2,000 max
and ensured big corporations pay their share of tax.
When COVID caused unemployment to skyrocket,
his relief put up to $1,400 in each taxpayer’s pocket.
He boosted American manufacturing and innovation
while creating six million jobs across the nation.
Biden pulled U.S. troops out of Afghanistan and
cut child poverty with the American Rescue Plan.
He strengthened the alliance to support Ukraine
and weakened the power of the al-Qa’ida domain.
Biden helped U.S. veterans by signing the PACT
and cut healthcare premiums with the Affordable Care Act.
As we look back on Joe Biden’s term as president,
we will realize his time in office was well spent.
