Free Your Heart

Stop feeling guilty…

For trusting people who are not trustworthy.

For opening your heart to those who later showed “not having” a heart.

For giving your all to someone who laid out a carpet for you, but who at the first opportunity pulled it from under your feet.

For believing in superficial kindnesses that later turned into blows of evil.

Stop feeling guilty for being good to people who took advantage of this condition to make you suffer.

Don’t let them control your way of thinking, change your way of acting, and much less take away your peace for a long time. These people don’t deserve to have the power to harden your heart.

If you have a clear conscience that you did your part, stop looking for justifications for the mistakes of others in yourself!

It’s not personal, there are people who act according to the extreme of selfishness and nothing you can do will change that.

That’s why the best option is to change friends, companions, coworkers when possible, etc.

And when it’s not possible to stay away, it’s essential for health to stop blaming yourself.

Our daily maturation happens through experiences. That’s why it’s allowed for people who are still without light, without empathy, to pass by us making a whirlwind in our lives.

We should not generalize, believing that every human being is capable of committing cruelties without resentment.

We must keep both eyes open, remain only where there is reciprocity and always listen to the little voice of intuition, which is silent but never fails!

This one is always by our side and protects us from all the sufferings that can be avoided.
