Hey! Before you start thinking what generation i am talking about — just a heads-up, I was born in 2003. So i hope you get the genration plot here…
In 90’s when there were little to no mediums for people to connect with the world, everything felt special. Every piece of news came once a month, every film was released once in six months, every book publication was an event. People would literally gather all their resources just to buy a copy of the edition — it was a celebration. Not because the things were limited, but because access to those things was.
Now imagine if life were still like that — I honestly can’t. I feel happy when my favorite food gets delivered in just 15 minutes.
I love how e-commerce platforms show me countless outfit options with just a tap.
I love cat memes :>>>
I love how the equations between parents and children are more open, how they share their grief and happy moments.
I love how people change their hair color and bring in a whole new vibe. How people no longer care if their outfit is liked by others.
I love the self-love that’s spreading all around.
I love how AI answers my questions without making me feel dumb — even if I ask them 100 times.
I love the convenience, the speed, the variety — it’s all so instant.
We’re not the generation who held phones as toddlers. Our childhoods were filled with sparkles — running around outside, playing games with friends, celebrating tiny things. And today, I see kids glued to screens, forgetting what it’s like to just play. But it’s not their fault — it’s the world around them that’s changed.
And honestly, I love the way technology has evolved. I’ve grown up watching the battle of devices, the constant rise in innovation. We live in a world where people can express themselves freely. Sometimes it’s wild — people exposing their exes, online drama, internet gossip — it might sound weird, but it’s oddly entertaining. It shifts perspectives. It starts conversations. It connects people.
And I love how one stranger can support another, how women uplift each other, how awareness spreads with just one reel, one post, one voice. The internet has made us more visible, more aware, more powerful. Yes, it has its flaws, but it also has this raw, unfiltered beauty of showing the world exactly as it is — and letting people respond however they choose.
I love how people are no longer afraid to speak up. Whether it’s about mental health, personal struggles, unfair treatment, or simply their passions — everyone has a voice. Sometimes it might feel like too much, but I think it’s beautiful that someone, somewhere, finds the courage to say what many are afraid to admit. We’re living in a time where emotions are not hidden, where stories are not buried.
Sure, there’s chaos too. Internet fights, cancel culture, gossip threads, and oversharing — it’s all part of this strange digital world we live in. But I don’t see it all as negative. In fact, these things also spark debates, force people to think, to question, and even to change. It’s like a mirror that reflects both the good and the not-so-good. And in that reflection, there’s growth.
Even with all this fast life, I sometimes wish we could go back for a day — to when time was slower, and joys were simpler. But then I realize, we’re living in a time where we can hold both worlds. We can be grateful for a sunset while capturing it on our phones. We can play outside and still enjoy gaming online. We can appreciate the past and still be excited for what’s next.
I don’t know if everyone agrees or not, but this whole internet vibe — this buzzing, fast, accepting, and loud Gen Z energy — feels like something special.
Yes, there are flaws. A lot of them. But there’s also growth. There’s honesty. There’s power in how people own their mistakes, learn from them, and still choose to show up.
And maybe that’s the most beautiful part of it all — we’re no longer trying to be perfect. We’re just trying to be real.
We’re not completely old-school, and not entirely futuristic either. We’re right in the middle, and that’s what makes our experiences so rich. We’ve lived the transition — and that, in itself, is something special.
