However, I feel like I see more toxic than healthy relationships nowadays.

Discuss any and all topics with each other. Because it may cause problems in the future, do not hold back with that specific person. Always be courteous and respectful when speaking with this individual.
Choose your words carefully when discussing challenging topics. Because she/he/they is/are your best friend and deserves to be treated as such, it is crucial that you communicate well with your special someone.
Express your feelings and thoughts.
Equally as vital as expressing love and kindness is demonstrating them. In many cases, actions truly speak louder than words. Expressions of love are meaningless if they are accompanied by contempt or indifference.
Spend time with one another.
Spending quality time with a special individual is a way to demonstrate that you value your time together. It will finally bring you two closer together and strengthen your relationship.
Creating positive and enduring memories will foster a positive and enduring relationship that has a greater chance of lasting a lifetime.
Never take anything or anyone for granted.
You and your significant other picked one another. Just keep in mind that either of you can deselect the other. Never presume the other person will remain regardless of what transpires. Sometimes it is nearly hard to keep a promise, but it is vital for the relationship that you do your best to keep practically all of the commitments you make to your significant other.
Maintaining your word as much as possible is crucial. If there are numerous broken promises in a partnership, trust will be eroded. A person who cannot maintain his or her commitments cannot be relied upon and will eventually be viewed as dishonest.
