This mountain is blanketed with thousands of flowering plants of every conceivable hue.

Within this kaleidoscopic display, we forget the giant twisted oaks, who stand sentinel over this ecology, have their own flowering too.
Perhaps to balance out their great size, nature has decided the oak should be modest, and they appear almost shy to display any overt floral vanity.
So quietly and apologetically above the riot of blossoms below, the oaks with their own humble offering, briefly join this seasonal dance.
