In this world of colorization and the optical illusions that permeate the human psyche and blindly encourage “cognitive dissonance,” we find ourselves immersed in an array of different but the same dazzling illuminations!
What hue are you, fuchsia, orange, yellow or green, seems like such a silly question, know what I mean?
The Bible says that “God” made man in his own image as he formed him from dirt and blew life into him and that he put Adam to sleep, removed a rib from Adam and made woman.
What hue are you, black, brown, gray or taupe, did you build man or do you champion taking away his hope?
Scientists tell us that man came from the sea, some argue and suggests that osmosis fashioned him from the Ape, whose report you believe as hatred we should all escape.
Do we wait for a definitive answer to this quagmire, or do we embroil ourselves in hate do we justify our reasoning or do we willfully participate?
What hue are you, pastel, red, beige or pink, do you utilize your intelligently or do you allow others to tell you what to think?
Only in the depths of one’s soul is the truth accurately told, foolishly we play mind games with one another pretending to be impressed by the glitter, allowing our minds to be tarnished while inwardly seeing others as fool’s gold.
What hue are you, blue, perhaps you mixed two, or maybe even three giving yourself a clear path to the person that you really want to be, thus allowing yourself to clearly see me.
So…, man was created by what is now known as a spirit, or did he crawl from the sea or maybe he dropped from the sky for the entire world to see.
The colors, they are many, the hues are mixed and matched, the skins that are wearing them psychologically remain eerily disconnected and emotionally unattached.
What is this foolish obsession with color, we say that we believe in “God” and that he does not make mistakes, however; continuously we make innuendos and disparaging remarks about others, without realizing that no one sheds their skins like snakes.
What hue are you, rainbow or some place in between if you could describe your color what would that really mean?
What hue are you, did you get to choose the color of your eyes, did you get to choose the color of your hair, did you get to choose the dimple in your chin, did you get to choose the size of your nose, did you get to choose your parents, did you get to choose the place of your origin!
What hue are you, did you ask “God,” or that scientist that said that you came from the sea or the one that said you dropped from among the stars and became the person that your mirror allows you to see?
Perception enhances as well as destroys, it reigns supreme over common sense and slaps reality in the face, stumblingly around in the darkness with the sun brightly shining with no mention of a “race.”
Hatred runs deep and ignorance more deeply, excuses are imminently ever present, scathing onto the horizon in full view for all to see, silently, screaming, what color is the image in the window, some may smugly reply in a hate-filled rage, “I don’t know and I don’t care.” Others meticulously utter; Blue! Purple! Pink! Red! Blue! White! Yellow! Gray! Brown! Black!
Many somberly answers themselves, what does it matter anyway; the colors are all beautiful if they are appreciated and allowed to peacefully co-exist.
Take a lesson from natures trees; leaves in their autumn splendor fall aimlessly to the ground, first one then another, one then another, all in an array of different but the same color.
So beautiful and colorful they are we marvel in awe at their cumulative beauty but only for a fleeting moment. Slowly and foolishly asking that infamous never-ending question; what hue are you, fuchsia, orange, yellow or green? Seems like such a silly question, know what I mean?
