Are you struggling to find perfect love or real love is just enough for you?
This piece is written from two different points of view. The first half has been written by a pretty and emotional Anaphielle, while the second half represents Ryan’s opinion.
The two have experienced love in different ways, but they manage to get along very well because they share the same values and principles. While they struggle with their love story, Ryan and Anaphielle plan to secretly conquer the world.

Her opinion:
I think there is no such thing as perfection and we often let ourselves seduced by this idea, which is just an illusion.
Love doesn’t always happen as we would want to. Sometimes, we don’t choose how things happen, but despite this, love isn’t less wonderful.
The first conversations have a very important role! If your other half is treating you well if he feeds your soul if he does not forget to text you good night or good morning if he spends time with you even though you have bad moments… This means that your connection with him is very real. This is how love happens.
If I were to write down a definition, I would say that loves means to be treated well, respected, and cared for despite your state of mind. Love means to be appreciated even in the bad moments.
The passion will pass fast, but emotional support, loyalty, sweet gestures and funny moments should be permanent. Nobody will find perfect love, but if you are open enough, you can find real love.
Look for…
… that person that wants to hold your hand.
… that person that feels you make him happy.
… that person that will always find a way to look for you when you run away.
… that person that dares to save you when you need to be saved.
… that person that can stay near you even if you have sudden mood changes.
And it would be perfect if that person would be capable to understand that you are grumpy and silent in the morning.
Love cannot be perfect. Do you know why? There are small differences between the two people’s characters and this can cause tensions. But with all the differences and flaws, love can be real. Very real!
It’s no problem if you always have small negotiations about who will do the dishes the next day, who will clean up the house, or who will take the garbage out if there are respect and appreciation. Even if you don’t like the same movies, music genres, or beer brands, you can sync your heartbeats.
This is how love is!
Love is about managing all the ups and downs, all the things that you do together, and all the common goals, those that make you work as a team. And if this bond is real, who cares that love is not perfect?
What do you desire, a perfect love or a real love?
His opinion:
I had never felt love in the way it is described in books or movies. For me, love is a constant negotiation with the person you spend most of your time with, while at home.
It is full of bad and good moments, but at the end of the day, it’s all about respecting, appreciating, and caring for the other.
If I have a bad day, she is there for me to cheer me up and to support me. When she is not in the mood for cooking, I have to either help in the kitchen or order food. But it’s okay, this is the way life happens to all of us.
Or at least, the way things should happen.
Love is about making the other feel happy with himself, it’s about supporting the other and encouraging him to evolve. But love is both ways, if you love somebody, you are happy for his achievements.
Love is about being happy because the other one is happy. Love is about finding the power to smile, hug the other person, and believe, deep down in your heart, that all the difficulties will pass.
Love is about trust and forgiveness. We all make mistakes sometimes but despite this, we shouldn’t judge the other. When wrongs are not done on purpose, they should always be easily forgiven.
I know that our love is not perfect, but it makes us be better persons. It highlights our goodness and minimizes our flaws.
What do you desire, a perfect love or a real love?
Bottom line:
- don’t think love should be as we see in the movies
- find a person that appreciates you and wants you to be happy
- find the power to forgive and support that person unconditionally
- find that person that allows you to be yourself
- don’t look for Sci-Fi stories, choose real stories instead.
