If I had been on The Apprentice, and during an episode Donald Trump had said: “You’re fired!” Would I have had the right to say “No, I don’t accept that decision?” Would I have been allowed to stay on the program because I felt cheated, or somehow convinced myself that the show was rigged against me? Could I continue as an employee of Trump’s company after I had been let go, simply because I didn’t like the result of a performance evaluation?
Of course not.

That is what Trump is considering, however. He is telling himself, his minions and his supporters that the only way he won’t be President is if there is widespread voter fraud and he is simply cheated. Which would take planning and collusion by everyone from President Obama to Betty who takes your ballot at the local VFW, including many Republican, Secretaries of State.
Donald truly thinks American politics works like a reality show. He believes it works like his business life. That simply by strongarm tactics, lawsuits, and wild accusations he can somehow still win.
Was their fraud during the Republican primary? Was their fraud during the Republican convention? If all of these people were so determined to screw you out of the Presidency, it would have been much easier to knock you out then, before you destroyed the party and jeopardized the American system of government.

The American voter will handle its business on November 8th, just as it has for 240 years. Believe it or not Donald, this nation has functioned quite well without you and will continue to do so. Your tantrum setting up for your loss is not only insulting to the country as a whole, but it is demeaning to the thousands of men and women all over the country who take their jobs conducting, monitoring, and finalizing elections very seriously.

Donald, they don’t handle their responsibilities like you run your business. They serve with pride, honor, and integrity. They don’t push their responsibility off on someone else, and they don’t cast blame when things go wrong. All elections are local Mr. Trump and to say you will be cheated means that it would happen on the local level.
So when you wake up on November 9th, you can complain, cry, and blame all you would like. You can deny that it was your inability to run a clean, open and honest campaign. You can deny that you were the worst and most dangerous major candidate in US history. You can even say that Betty at the VFW robbed you of the Presidency. What you won’t be able to do is ignore what the American electorate finally told you.
“You’re Fired!”
