Most stay-at-home dads have to struggle to make ends meet. But not all. Apparently some dads have more money than they can stuff in a Honda Odyssey. Enter Tom Riles, the comedian who warms up the audience of the Ellen DeGeneres Show.
Riles is the creator of “The Real Housedads of Orange County,” a Web comedy spoof of the Real Housewives series, which premiered in January on Riles’ own website. The show follows the hilarious lives of Jacques, The Count, and Todd, three trophy dads who spend their days lounging by the pool, riding $400,000 scooters, and drinking wine on the sidewalk. It’s got all the excess, ego, and backbiting of the original, now with slightly more testosterone.
In episode one, the guys meet the competition: Todd, the “gorgeous” pool boy. Jealousy ensues.

Episode two begins with an affront to party etiquette, and ends, as expected, with Jacques and The Count in a catfight.
