In a recent session with my Love Life Club members, a particular story resonated deeply with me. It’s about a person who had been in a whirlwind romance for two months. Let me share it with you.

But as quickly as it began, it ended. The other person decided to travel, leaving behind the hope of a long-distance relationship. Despite all the emotional connection, they chose to be alone.

Heartbreak Is Personal

Heartbreak is personal. Every broken heart is unique, regardless of the relationship’s duration. It’s not about comparison but the depth of one’s feelings.

The intensity of short-lived relationships can feel disproportionately significant. It’s like chasing fireworks—dazzling but fleeting.

Fireworks in relationships, like intense beginnings, are captivating but temporary. Real love goes beyond fireworks; it’s about building a life together.

After the fireworks fade, we wake up to reality—the life we build together. Don’t mistake fleeting experiences for lifelong partnerships.

Losing someone isn’t just about the person; it’s about losing the future you imagined with them. It’s natural to mourn what could have been.

You can miss an experience without mourning it as a lifelong partnership. Recognize the difference to heal and move forward.
