#ReadyToBelieve
After one of the deadliest shootings in United States history, Americans are doing what we do best in the wake of a tragedy: giving to those in need and believing in the goodness of others.
Friends and family of Aurora shooting survivor, Petra Anderson, have launched the Hope Rises Relief Fund to raise money for the Aurora shooting victims and their families. They have also started a national social media campaign on Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube to promote the Hope Rises Relief Fund. The hashtag #ReadyToBelieve (which is a quote that comes from the first Batman film) has been created to start a Twitter trend for their fund.

Seems like to me that we should have been taking bets on when the next mass shooting was going to occur. Given the laws and political sentiments of Americans, it was the only reasonable thing to do.
Too harsh? Well, if you haven’t noticed I am a bit of an A$$hole…
That said, what’s the line on 8 days post Wisconsin shooting? That’s my bet, 8 days. We’ll know by Monday, August 13.
Cheers!
