An hour time change causes disruptions in our body clock or our circadian rhythm. The circadian rhythm is our 24-hour internal clock that is running in the background of our brain and cycles between sleepiness and a body alert state known as the sleep/wake cycle. In fact, depression can occur often right after a time change, get the information you need to fight off depression and get back to living your life.
