Change:
You are not required to be the same person that you were 15 minutes ago.The only difference between you and someone else who shifts is a decision, a commitment to grow. The growth mindset is just an invitation to burst the flood gates open with the expectation of progress occurring in your life. The adaptation of this new way of being gave me the motivation to move past my grief, my circumstances and more. Thanks to introspection and working very diligently. One of my tools I used to make the shift easier was this: training my mind to think differently. What I mean by this is anytime that I would have a negative thought about myself, person or a situation, I would create positive outcome for myself. You can train your mind to make the shift too.
Questions to Ask:
Start with a series of questions: What self-limiting beliefs do I have? What is holding me back from believing that I am worthy to obtain what I desire? Is there ANYONE(toxic relationships, co-workers, friends, and or family etc.) that is blocking me from manifesting my true worth, goals, and desires. If I knew I couldn’t fail, what will I do with time, money, effort?
Let these questions serve as a basic guide to shifting into a more abundant mindset. You have to know that you are growing and stretching. You are what you tell yourself so it is imperative that you are careful of what you allow/speak/think into existence. Starting the process of embracing the knowledge that you are worthy will create so much space abundance in your life. When you take the time to examine who is what is holding you back, you start to see life differently. No more negative self talk and I also got rid of most of the toxic people in my life as a result of this journey. I keep my circle very small so that I can monitor my energy.
Mirror Practice:
When you are done reading this post…I challenge you to take a look in a mirror and speak the words over yourself such as I AM WORTHY. Say those words over and over until you fully believe them and watch your world change. This is mirror work. I believe also that anyone can achieve this forward momentum that is a growth mindset. All it takes is a little shift!
