No one was born into this world walking…Walking is a skill and it’s one you learned at a very young age.
A similar mindset must be utilized and practiced today, because the only thing that stands between who you believe you and what you’d like to become, is a gap in your skill set.
You current skills are equivalent to wearing new shoes that are a few sizes too big, and now you just need to learn how to walk and at the same time grow into these suckers.
That’s why discovering your personal mission is always found through doing something you are enthusiastically passionate about rather than settling for something that’s “just okay” or good enough to get you by, survive and pay your bills until you bite the big one, croak and die.
It’s only through following serious pursuit of all your dreams, passions and creative endeavors that you’re able to believe it’s possible to do anything you set your mind to, and therefore set out in accomplishing the extraordinary.
Every time you boldly take risks in life you’ll feel satisfied regardless of the outcome because it’s a major accomplishment to face one’s fears in trying.
Literally everything you crave or you feel is lacking lies outside that comfortable little “box” of yours and everything that is familiar.
All your deepest desires are actually just within reach of your fingertips and secret to finally grasping them is by way of being true to yourself and yourself only through choosing to show up in the best way you can every day regardless of anyone else’s opinion.
Showing up authentically requires shifting the vision of who you are and making alterations to how you perceive your current reality. Because while immediate changes to your situation may not entirely be possible, you can always choose to view whatever you’re involved with through fresh eyes.
Seeing life from a different perspective literally changes the environment of your immediate landscape, and as an even more important byproduct, switches up the current self-dialogue you’re engaged with right now.
Why is that important?
Because self-narrative is everything. That repetitive story you’ve got running on autopilot about who you are and why you can’t have anything, is what’s sabotaging your happiness and the blockade preventing you from actually getting what you want in your life.
What you believe becomes reality… Life isn’t about playing “make believe,” life is about going out, creating it and through conscious action, you MAKE BELIEF.
Divorce your story and marry your dreams…
Because more often than not, achieving your dreams and doing what you’re truly passionate about means doing what it takes. Attempting what seems hard in the beginning, but then continuing to stick to it, and doing whatever it is until it just doesn’t feel that hard anymore.
“Fall down seven times, stand up eight.” -Japanese Proverb
Go beyond the collective perception of what’s considered possible and stop limiting your choices only to your current array of vision. Try to see past what’s right in front of you and quit listlessly disconnecting from what you really want in life: passion, purpose, abundance, love, connection and freedom.
There is nothing worse than selling short on all your dreams in order to settle for living a life consisting of constant compromise.
I mean, do you honestly really believe the entire reason you exist on this planet is simply to get by, survive and pay bills until you die?
It’s is never too late to change, and NOW is always right on time. Only you can create the life you want. Nobody else can do that for you.
Divorce your story and marry your dreams…
