As I walk alongside some of the most talented, charismatic humans in discovering the balance of their own evolution, there is a question we always come to:
What do you want? Because if you want to be known, you’re going to have to stop settling for being seen.
It’s a curious currency, creating contagious content curated to cultivate consistent curiosity…
And what happens when your identity becomes too intermingled with the over-the-top version of yourself you play?
We ask ourselves HOW? How could seemingly happy celebrities and successful superstars fall victim to suicide?
Why are online influencers, spiritual leaders and larger than life personalities consistently finding themselves in seasons of severe breakdown?
Why is the neighbor that seemed so happy now losing everything?
Because while we’re desperate to be known, we settle for being seen… and it’s creating a desperate dissonance of identity.
And if you’re still reading, you feel this.
And if you feel this, I need to remind you of this:
You are worth knowing, fully.
There is no metric that can quantify your value.
You have permission to evolve.
You’ve been giving your oxygen to everyone else, not recognizing you’ve been slowly suffocating.
It’s time to breathe for yourself again:
And as you do, may you find the peace of that deep inhale, knowing that you are ok.
You are ok.
You are enough.
If it all went away, you’d still be enough.
