Many of us are feeling called to express our raw, authentic selves in every moment.
To do away with “the bullsh*t rules” of how to act, how to present ourselves.
Saying goodbye to the “acceptable” versions of us and hello to “the real us.”
This can be a clumsy process at times, for there may be many “messy” layers to shed before we get to the center of the onion.
Which we soon begin to sense is simply more onion, more human, and simultaneously more of our infinite selves.
As the layers fall away, much of our lives may fall away with them.
As our identities dissolve, those that mirror these identities may fade from view.
This is a natural process of shifting resonance.
An organic unfolding of alignment with that which reflects who we are “becoming,” who we now imagine ourselves to be.
As we are drawn to new activities, new environments, new people, new ways of being, that which resonates with the current layer we are exploring is drawn to us.
And as we begin to embody unfiltered expression of who we feel ourselves to be in each moment, those that do not desire this, that fear this, that fear these reflections of themselves, those that are exploring a different layer and do not resonate with this way of being, may go their own way.
As we enter this paradigm, many we love may fade from our lives, and we may fade from theirs.
We may experience a momentum of empowered knowing that there is a beauty and perfection to our experience in every moment, an excitement about an unknown future of limitless potential, and a feeling that it is indeed time to move on, or to adjust the form and frequency of relating.
And we may also experience deep sadness from loss, intense fear of rejection, abandonment and change, and fierce disappointment and anger toward judgmental reflections.
Reflections that mirror our own unraveling self-judgments, which we are often tempted to project right back because we are unwilling to be vulnerable and face the pain, or unaware that it is “ours.”
Or perhaps we react with anger simply because the energy fiercely desires expression, and projection may be the most potent, efficient, empowered and self-loving way we have the capacity to express in the moment.
At times, we may feel like aliens and wonder where “our people” are.
From this lonely place, we may deeply question our choices, our path, our purpose.
We may experience crippling pain and disillusionment about “what it all means.”
A recurring wondering if there’s any point to it all and how long we wish to continue this human game.
None of this means that anything went wrong.
There is no fault or blame.
This is simply an organic shifting of energies as we move about our human adventure and are drawn in new directions.
A natural “death” of what was as we enter a new paradigm of unfiltered expression.
A paradigm that allows us to discover who we truly are, beyond our human form, by embracing the full spectrum of what it means to be human.
