A bad day is something people don’t desire to talk about, as we see others on social media only portraying how wonderful their life is. On today’s podcast, we are joined by Lauren Marie to discuss what we do with a bad day when we’re feeling cranky.
Every choice we make creates something different, and there is a multiplicity of futures available to us as the universe has so much to offer. But what happens when the predictable future is gone?
When things don’t go according to our schedule and we get cranky because of it, if we ask “what else is possible?” could we cause something different to show up, and could it shift us out of our funk?
On today’s podcast:
- Destroying and uncreating a plan
- What would you choose to create in your reality?
- How do you get out of a bad day?
- Willingness to be in allowance of a bad mood
- What choice can you make today that’s creating your future?
.
.
When we’re having a bad day, how do we deal with it?
It’s possible that forcing ourselves into positive thoughts and living in fear of the negative isn’t the way to get us out of feeling cranky.
Learn how to allow yourself the occasional bad day, and how to forgive yourself for a bad mood.
