Any change, goal or transformation that infringes upon these deep-seeded preferences for comfort and predictability is seen by your subconscious as a threat to be avoided.
This is a huge problem since your subconscious thought-patterns influence over 90% of your decisions.
Which is all just a really wordy way of saying…
Unless you evolve your mindset, your brain will actually work against you and your never-ending quest to achieve the life you deserve.
And like driving forward with the parking brake on, you spin your wheels, wasting precious time and energy without ever powerfully moving forward.
So I am inviting you to ditch the straightjacket of fear.
Take the parking brake off once and for all by evolving your mindset. Ditch the beliefs, habits, and patterns that would rather have you settle for anything less than your miraculously full potential.
This life is waiting to support you.
Your purpose is waiting to embrace you.
The second you fully grasp the notion that your fear-based thoughts and emotions are misplaced survival mechanisms ‘protecting’ you from growth and transformation, you become free to build the life you envision when you close your eyes.
You disarm fear by seeing it for the liar that it truly is, and then taking an action that disproves its legitimacy over you.
So, my brave, limitless friend… now is the time you trade in your straightjacket for a pair of a**-kicking boots.
What will that action be today?
