Every June, when Father’s Day is around the corner, you’ll probably search Google for a meaningful gift for your father. And of course, I do so.
When searching for gifts for dad, you might see “Worlds Best Dad” or a world’s best dad mug on T-shirts frequently. Do you find it familiar? What do you think about the World’s Best Dad? Are you the World’s Best Dad in the eyes of your children?
What Defines The World’s Best Dad?
It seems like an odd question, isn’t it? Do you know how to define the World’s Best Dad?
It’s a simple phrase, three short words, yet it’s incredible, almost unimaginable power. Consider how awesome each of those words is on its own.
- “Worlds” — refers to all the people, places, and things on the planet.
- “Best” — that means none is better, not a single one.
- “Dad” — well, every person has a father who gives them life and shapes them into the person they become.
So, when someone calls their father the World’s Best Dad, what they are saying is: ” It is my considered opinion that, of all 100 billion fathers across the planet, my dad is the greatest and best example of fatherhood.”
What sort of dad inspires that kind of love, admiration, and respect in his children? For some children, the World Best Dad is the guy who is smart, funny, loving, and generous while some suppose that the World’s Best Dad can do anything like a superhero and teach them many things in every aspect of life. But some children believe that the World’s Best Dad is a man who always spends time with them.

Everyone can make a mistake. Making mistakes is a part of growing up. And a good father knows that. The children might spend money recklessly or get drunk for the first time, but he emphasizes that repeated irresponsibility won’t be tolerated.

Every Dad Can Be The World’s Best Dad
For me, the World’s Best Dad simply is a guy who always listens, respects his child’s opinion, and spends time playing with them. My dad, of course, is the World’s Best Dad in my heart.
Since I was a child, my dad was always so busy at work that he didn’t have time to spend with us. He frequently got up early and went home very late. Even at the weekend, he usually went on business. At that time, I was really sad and upset that I didn’t want to talk with him.
Until one day, I woke up at night because of being hungry and I found that my dad fell asleep while he was working. I knew that he was so tired. At that time, I just wanted to lean against him, listen to his snoring and feel at peace with the world.
I remember on my 6th birthday, my dad didn’t go to work. He spent all day playing with me. He got up early and made a special breakfast for me. Breakfast was my favorite food. Then he took me to the local amusement park and joined many fun games.
I remember in the evening I sat on my Dad’s lap as he cleaned my ears, and it was so tickly I couldn’t stop laughing. Then he would put me on his feet and swing me as I chuckled. I was truly happy.
It can not be denied that each father treats their children differently, but I believe that they all love their children. What do you think about the World’s Best Dad? Are you a dad? Everyone has a father. How is your father? Does he deserve three words- World’s Best Dad?
