Some relationships end in a breakup and after the break up one person may come back around and tell the other person all about how they have changed. The very talk of change gives us hope that they have realized their ways and are willing to do the work to make themself and the relationship better.
However, how do you know when someone has really done the work and implemented the real change? In this video, I am offering a “change paradigm” to help you understand what level of change the person is truly at to be able to decide if the change they talk about is real or just lip service to get you back. Remember that real change takes time and consistency, but this is a great rule of thumb to go by to analyze what is real and what is not.
