How do you stop being bullied in a toxic relationship and regain your identity? Being bullied in this situation means you’re unable to speak your truth, you find yourself walking on eggshells to not upset or anger the other person.
In this video, I’m discussing the three things you can do to take your power back while in a toxic relationship. Why wait to take your power back until you leave the relationship? When we wait we have a higher tendency of going back into the relationship because we romance the past and have selective memory. If you embrace these three ways of taking your power back and incorporate them into your day-to-day life, you will feel better, you will see the situation more clearly, and you will eventually push yourself to make changes that put you in the driver’s seat of your life.
