Have you ever been caught up in a situation whereby you meet someone who is as perfect or more than perfect for you as your present partner?
This situation is a tiding storm that is known to all, but yet underrated. It is a gratifying feeling when you are with someone who lights up your world and continually brings out the best in you. Your need for his/her attention grows higher with each passing day as you communicate and share the extent of the emotions you conduct to one another. Days turn into weeks, weeks turn into months, and months to years. Due course of time, the love you share will transgress into a trust or belief for each other.
Time in its brewing prowess would have shown no mercy, in throwing daunting tests at your relationship to ascertain the equity of your love for one another. That you might be convinced that your love is bedded on the ‘rock of romance’, when you have only been lucky not to have faced the shivering hurdle that cranks up the deepest lovebirds, even worse some marriages. The result after its attack will be dubbed fortunate or unfortunate, depending on how lucky you are to overcome the surge successfully.
Who could believe it?
That there is someone else so perfect and in tune with them than even their partner. The great surge comes when you least expect it. You might be unlucky enough to meet someone who aligns so perfectly with you in soul and spirit just at the edge of a fight with your partner. The speed at which the surge lures you to defiance of your initial partner is dependent on the weight of the complements with which the object of the surge appears.

A person so infallible with you, that you feel lightened up when you are with him/her, your smile enacts larger whenever you see him/her, your heart awkwardly feels surreal and at peace, because they resuscitate the same energy towards you whenever you talk to them, and it feels as though you have known them from oblivion till present. That even at a single meeting, you run through topics effortlessly because you naturally enjoy his/her company. These taunting factors will lure the faint-hearted to ask these questions;
What then have I been doing?
Where have you been all this while?
Most negative in marriage, the surge of meeting a perfect person can be very risky and unsafe for the healthiness of the marriage. As the hole created by the object of the surge might never be filled all through the course of the marriage. Thus, it is advised that it is best not to allow yourself to find perfection with another person when you are already indebted to someone else.
However, this naturally occurring test of love could help others get in tune with their soul mates. It could just be a scenario of life, saving them from the bruises of imperfection they have suffered in their past relationships. But then it beckons the remarks;
Do you cheat on your partner in selfish goals of finding perfection for yourself?
Or
Do you mutually agree to part ways for the sake of finding actual solace in love?
Basically, it is fascinating that one would leave a smooth sailing boat, for a new one with just the guts and feeling that it’s the cruise for them. The studs and after effect that the surge has, will leave you cranking whether to wholeheartedly embrace the new adventure or shut your door towards the new passion.
Whatever you decide, a quick check should be done to access your view towards your initial partner.
1. Can you still hear your heartbeat for him/her?
2. Is your soul hungry for more?
3. Does he/she still lights you up?
4. Do you still feel the emotional energy as it used to be?
The answers to these questions will abruptly reveal what option to decide on. If to stick with your initial partner and tussle through love or opt for aptness with another similarly adventurous soul.
Equally, it is not best to assume all connections to clinging souls as one always aiming towards love. They might just be a co-traveler in your lifetime through destiny, your mentor, or idealist.
