Flapper, a platform that provides instant access to private jet charters, has been honored as the winner of the World Luxury Travel Awards, an international competition that highlights excellence in the luxury travel sector. This achievement represents the second consecutive victory for the global air charter provider, which triumphed at the Private Jet Charter category. The jury pointed out the company’s unique value proposition, which includes a mobile app that has garnered 400,000 downloads and allows users to access more than 2,600 aircraft for charter on demand.
This year’s awards were determined by votes from over 700,000 international travelers and industry professionals, ensuring that winners are selected based on real-world experiences and expert insights. This democratic approach enhances the credibility and relevance of the awards. The Luxury Travel Awards acknowledge high-quality service across a broad spectrum of luxury travel and tourism sectors, including hotels, travel services, tours and spas, providing a holistic view of luxury travel excellence. Two winners from South America and four from Central America were announced, including luxury yacht charter companies, Magic-Sea and Seaside Pacific. In total, the list includes two firms specializing in private jet charters and four companies offering helicopter tours, covering geographies from Japan to Australia and South Africa.
