People are broken down into two categories; they are either dog people or cat people. Some people are neither of these two, and that means they can not be trusted (ask my dog).
My husband has a theory that dogs are like children. They need you constantly. You have an open hand; it should be petting them. You’re going outside; they are coming with you. A car ride to the store, like magic they are already in the backseat. Going to have a snack, just you thinking about it has already made them drool, and you haven’t even made it to the kitchen. Having a bad day, your fur buddy is right there to cuddle and make you laugh.
Dog’s need you as much as you need them.
My husbands’ theory also extends to cats as well in that cat’s are like roommates. They are around sometimes and may look in your direction to say hello before landing in their favorite spot. They hang out when they feel like it, it doesn’t matter to them what you want or need. It’s all about them. They bring home strangers, most of them tend to be dead, but are 100% unwelcome. When they want to cuddle it’s on their time. Whatever you do, do not put the belly more than three times or satan will appear.
Cat’s need you but don’t really care what you need.
So which kind of person are you? Dog? Cat? or flat out untrustworthy?
